The changes required must not compromise the statics of the whole project and they must comply with the building permit. It is understood that those changes must be approved by our design team.
Interested buyers can visit he site on Wednesdays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Entry to the site is allowed only accompanied by a member of our functional personnel.
When signing a sale contract for real estate, the buyer is obliged to pay the amount of 25 percent of the contract value.
